Long held yin yoga postures using an array of props, myofascial release techniques, and a lightly heated studio (85-90 degrees) are guided by breathwork for practitioners of all levels to release tension and soothe the nervous system. This class is joined by the occasional supplements of instrumental deep house music, sound bath singing bowls, candle light, and/or seasonal intention setting practices
