Join Joanna for some Friday night drop in classes in a lightly heated (90-95 degrees) studio. The slow flow movement will be nourishing and challenging, paced so practitioners can deepen their relational awareness to what's happening within. These classes are offered for all levels, though they gently build in intensity and bring you into your body via conscious movement of a wide variety of expanded postures. You can expect an integrated offering that honors your system and prepares you for your weekend. Enjoy an extended savasana with guided breathwork to nourish and complete our practice together.
